MSc started its operation in 1985 as a small power converter manufacturer in Tampere, Finland. Today MSc consists of two companies; MSc Electronics Oy that specializes in power converters for smart grid, renewable energy, and industrial applications; and MSc Traction Oy that focuses on auxiliary power converters for rail vehicles. The companies' headquarters and production are in Tampere, Finland.
By today MSc has delivered more than 17,000 power converters. With over 40 years of experience, MSc products have proved their applicability and operational reliability in a wide range of applications in the global market.
